The first fabric from my collection is a new release from SanMar under their District Made line, style DM3000. This is a less expensive update to their previous DT140 style. I like Slub Cotton since you typically get the benefits of cotton, with a slight texture, and surprising durability. Since this one is brand new, only time will tell if it holds up to the classic shirt it is replacing.

“Slub cotton is cotton which contains slight lumps and imperfections, often left in the fabric on purpose or created deliberately by knotting or twisting the fabric as it is woven or spun.” – reference.com
