As I know it, the Non-Iron phenomenon started with Brooks Brothers. Since then, it has become a staple for most modern shirt makers. The Red House line was pioneered with an amazing assortment of Non-Iron shirts right out of the gate and has since grown its assortment of patterns and variations, like Slim Fit. During a recent visit with a friend, I could not help but snag a picture of his closet with 80% Red House. He had previously worn BB, but quickly found that RH somehow was better. When you can pull a shirt right out of the dryer with little-to-no effort in upkeep….well, you just might have something.
